I am so sick of Habro Pulse. Like I wasn't already mad at them for not being able to pre order Juggernaut for 6 hours.
After months of us all having trouble with varying payment methods NOT being accepted, we added to that the joy that we are all now Bots, because none of us can pass the "push and hold" button test to pre order items.
But to add to it, today my Pulse Premium membership auto renewed. But it didn't. They said the payment method didn't work. It's the payment method I always use, and it works for everyone else. But not Hasbro. They sent me directions via e-mail on how to try again or update the payment. But guess what, none of the options are available where they say they should be at in my order history.
So, I get to call them. But not now because they are closed.
For being one of the biggest toy companies in the world.......they aren't very good at selling toys
