Like I said - it will never matter what Trump did or what any of the GOP that serve him do. The voters will carve chunks out of their own brains if it means protecting their leaders from any consequences.

I don't have any but that is just plain old profiling bias
 
It's almost as if Trump's thugs are so desperate to meet Trump's quota to impress his base that they'll basically deport anyone because even if it was an unlawful removal, it still counts toward their overall deportation numbers. But noooo... no government on Earth would be -that- evil.
 
I guess we are reaching a point where more and more mainstream politicians, journalists, pundits, etc. feel safe to speak out against Israel's genocide. though it's far too late for so many Palestinians that saying 'I told you so' has no catharsis. (not just for the dead but for the living too)

admittedly I find it hard not to hold such public figures in contempt and if I had an audience with any of them I would ask whether this doesn't represent the logical endpoint of the Nakba of 1948.

I think if you polled black Americans, female Americans, gay Americans, trans Americans, and poor Americans; you'd probably find that the law has never been applied equally and the Constitution has never applied to everyone at all times, regardless of citizenship.
 
I know I'm not saying anything novel here; but history will be ruthlessly disgusted with us for the fact that, in this age of information, we are STILL just sitting by and watching a genocide happen while not just doing nothing, but with more than half of the politicians of our country in favor of it, and with our country actively participating in it by supplying the weapons that are doing it.

We are truly lost.
