There were a good number of young kids in the theater I saw it at, and they went nuts every time Cringer appeared on screen. Might have been worth cutting out a bit of the CGI in other sequences to give us more Cringer.MILD Spoilers:
The only times I noticed the CG being a little wonky were with Cringer. He just looked a little pasted in occasionally. And the scene of Roboto carrying drunk Drunkan out of the cell Duncan looked pretty odd. But that was it, the rest I thought looked pretty good.
That actually makes me really happy to hearSaw it tonight and loved it. I was honestly a bit cautious going in, even though I trusted Travis Knight. And it wasn't entirely what I expected, but for the most part I liked that. And the action sequences were great.
From a visual standpoint, Idris Elba embodied the cartoon Man-At-Arms far more than I might have expected.

Actually, I feel like most people active in the thread have seen it now? I was thinking of starting an actual movie spoiler thread for it sometime this weekend, since there seems to be MOTU movie talk across like three different threads at this point.Has no one else gone out to see this flick yet? I’m tired of trying not to spoil things!
I think this is not a good move. You’re just gonna punish yourself by trying to avoid spoilers. That shit will be all over the place, it’s too high profile.I expect to wait for streaming for Spidey and Doomsday, and avoiding spoilers for those is probably going to be a fucking Herculean task.
