Damn, NF Quick Kick can store 4 swords, both chucks, and a knife and his thigh gear isn't even for storage.
And with this post, they immediately fell off.I opened by Retro Viper last night. I think he's my first Viper where the goggles actually stay on.
I wonder if that's why they skipped him; they haven't gotten that to work yet.Once they get around to V3 Snake Eyes, those chest knives better be removable.
I would love to get Pathfinder. He is currently on my Top 10 wishlist over on the wishlist thread. Which isI would buy Pathfinder IMMEDIATELY. I have no idea why, but I really liked that figure as a kid.
I always want to set up the Cobra and Hydra figures together but have one of those moments where the Cobra guys are cosplaying fascism and they realize the Hydra guys are actual Nazis and have like a moment of sobriety. And CC does what Joker did in that infamous Marvel/DC crossover and tries to kill Red Skull when he realizes it's not just a bit and Skull is literally a Nazi war criminal. "I'm comedically selfish and greedy, but I'm not genocidal, you POS!"Joining in the "headcanon" discussion, I remember when I was getting to the age where I wasn't playing with toys so much, but still liked them (I had to look "cool" you know...Junior High sucked). I had read somewhere (and I don't know if this is even true) that Hama had previously pitched a S.H.I.E.L.D. vs Hydra animated series that Marvel had passed on, so when he was tapped for G.I. Joe, he used many of those concepts for the Joe and Cobra characters. So, in my head (and since Marvel was publishing the comics), I imagined that Cobra was a faction that broke off from Hydra, with Cobra Commander being far more interested in money and power than the fascist ideals of Hydra. To this day, that is always in the back of my head, even though I *know* that they are unrelated.
I mean, V3 stripped that outfit by merking three sadomasochist torture specialists in gimp outfits and stealing their clothes so he could go on a killing spree. V3 Snake Eyes is "you think I'm crazy? YOU HAVEN'T SEEN CRAZY" Snake Eyes. I can't wait to get him in Classified.I always think of v3 as the “scariest” SE
Really trying not to get my hopes up because it's Walmart but it would be nice if this one preorder will actually ship.I just received an e-mail from Wal-Mart saying Crystal Ball would be shipping soon. I hope that's what happens.
That's fair. It was discussed the other week that there are only 14 unique women left (plus arguably Dr Biggles-Jones, Marissa Faireborn, and Dawn/Snake Eyes). But at least a few of them, and the ones we've already gotten, have multiple versions that I'm sure many would like to see done as well (Jinx's yellow/black movie suit is hella cool, and I'm still holding out for a classic version of Vypra). We've gotten Quarrel and Glenda already so how about Sparta too?The lack of female characters releases in the near future (I can only think of Pythona?) is starting to stall my enjoyment of collecting this line, to be honest. The figures are great, but I think ML and TBS have spoiled me in regards to expecting at least 1 or 2 female characters per wave. I understand there aren't a lot of those in GI Joe, but there's still a bunch they could make.
And yeah, putting them as a tier in a Haslab doens't work for me.
