G.I. Joe Classified Series

Amazon and Walmart doing their scalper thing. EE is the cheapest place right now to PO these things. I know a lot of people hate on EE for getting things "late" and ridiculous shipping fees if you don't hit $79+. But they probably have the best packing in the business, if you are into keeping the figure boxes in good shape, can order this full wave cheaper than Amazon who will shove them in a plastic bag for the Amazon driver who drives 45 down your residential road to throw at your front door.

I haven't ordered the Night Viper yet. I was going to but then remembered I'll get charged shipping if Pythona is still available come November so I just ordered Hit & Run, Lifeline and, yes, Big Lob (because he has turned out awesome beyond my imagining) and hopefully can get Pythona plus the Night Viper to hit the free shipping threshold later.

Crackin' open some boys with the cold ones.
Has the shift from dick jokes to gooning out to curvy, scaly, goth lizard woman occurred? Or is this the equivalent to the great mini-cupcake rage of 2010?

Anyway, Ketchup and Mustard showed up. There must be a sole supplier of wetsuits out there, playing both sides of the conflict.

P.S.: Is there anywhere online that has all the box art scanned? I've been diggin it since the beginning, but I definitely can't keep all the boxes on hand to admire art.

Y'know, I'm an doofus cos I have taken photos of all the box art since the beginning but I have never organized the images. I should create a gallery. Just snaps of front, back, and side art before I destroy the box.

I'm sure she's gonna drain the main vein.
Phew, see? Brought it back.
"Almost had a situation there, boys."

Someone who pronounces it as "shwords?"

That is a fantastic idea for an archive!

Seeing people call Grim Viper a "repaint" of Range Viper is triggering. I'm triggered!

He looks okay. I appreciate the paint on the arms and then the legs look so boring. Vest is chunky as heck. Love seeing the Range Viper backpack in green. Dislike the reused chain gun that I don't even use on the RAM mold.

I just got the dumbest response I've ever gotten in a customer service email from Hasbro Pulse. I placed a pretty big order from Pulse a few days ago, including 2 of the police officers. I love using Affirm's no interest pay in 4 for big figure purchases so I did with this one. They shipped everything but the police officers, which were 100% in stock when I ordered and still are. So I emailed today to ask what the issue was. Guy says that they had multiple waves of preorder for this item and that when I placed the order it was scheduled to ship around Dec 1st. He says I can cancel if I don't want to wait and then reorder the item.

What the hell... so because (allegedly) it was a preorder for December 1st when I ordered, they are just going to hold them until December 1st and ship them to me? Even though they are in stock now? I can't even begin to wrap my mind around this. I don't even know how that will work with Affirm pay in 4. I think Hasbro has to finalize the order to start the payments on their end.

Speaking of, and to bring it back to Desert Scorpion actually... Anybody else remember the disturbing French ads, I think for AIDS, expressing the dangers of going without protection through images like the guy getting it on with a giant scorpion? Having the figure in hand brought that to mind and I didn't even simulate that pose!

I don't remember this at all, but now I need to customise Rachel Leigh Cook with a frying pan.

Which maybe involved the same drugs you were on when you hallucinated this ad.
