G.I. Joe Classified Series: The Chatty Pointless Thread & Performance Art

I am choosing to take that actually kind of fun new NF Snake-Eyes as a sign that classic NF SE is coming this fall in Classified.
 
Ninja Force Cobra Commander really looks like CC saw everyone else's ninja lewks and got jealous. "I WANT TO BE A NINJA TOOOOO!" And then he shows up a few days later in that outfit waiting for people to compliment him on it.

Why does the 82-style Alpha Commando Snake Eyes suck? Someone remind me please.

I used to have him but remember he felt kinda squat. I really got rid of him because I decided I'm only having one of each character, but recently decided, fuck it, I'll break that rule for maybe 5 people, and I need 82, 85, 89, and 91 style Snake Eyes, stat. The Retro one is off the table, so... I'm eyeing the Alpha guy again...

Is this the one that came with Timber? If so, that was the only Snake Eyes I got that had shitty hip joints so I have hard feelings about it. Design-wise I don't hate him though.
