G.I. Joe Classified - News & Updates

Is the previous issue of the new GI Joe comic we had some DIRE tech stuff show up towards the end. In the issue that came out yesterday, we had a lot more of it, then there was this at the very end.

yeah the DIRE Tech in the Energon Joe books is interesting. i dont think its enough toget me to dive into the Dire Vipers and stuff, but I appreciate it in the comic itself, and Im glad I got CB.

Hey with "Rugged Duke" do the torso and arms look familiar to anyone else? I know we cant see the torso very well, so hard to tell there (Though i THINK its Commando Snake eyes...), but the arms dont ring any bells for me either. the slightly rolled up sleeves reminds me a little of Hit n Run but i dont think they're the same.
The more I look the more I dig the figure. I like he has a throat mike and earpiece, that is a cool touch.

At first I thought it was all a repaint of the Special Forces figure we just got. Looking at the arms, I feel they are all new. The torso could be reuse. The legs don't have enough detail for me to figure out if they are new or not.

Yep, I was thinking the same thing. Love the RAH Iceberg as a kid (Him and Frostbite went on many adventures on the SnowCAT together) and the green accents really set him apart. Guess we can hope for a Retro release down the line somewhere :-/
