    ScottG10's Collection Pics

I grew up watching reruns of Batman '66' while playing with my Super Powers toys. I had Batman, Robin and the Batmobile, but was always disappointed that I didn't have a Batgirl or her cycle to hang out with them. I don't care what toy companies say now or then, I would have gladly bought a...

    Star Trek

If you want to get technical, "in-stock" just indicates the state of the stock, not how long it will take them to send your order, but in the era of 2-day delivery, yeah, it doesn't really meet the expectations of most. I see that they actually updated the listings too, but no one reads, so...

    Star Trek

Below is from their FAQ. Sounds like they are processing in the right (fair) order. Why is my Star Trek Wave 1 order taking longer to ship? We are currently shipping all Star Trek Wave 1 pre-orders first. Once pre-orders are fulfilled, we are processing new orders in the order they were...

Muppets (including The Muppet Show, Sesame Street, Fraggle Rock)

I ordered the Snowman from Kenny Durkin to test the waters. I ordered Monday, received him today, and I love it! I wish there was a little bit of articulation (swivel head at least), but I’m good either way. I still need to figure out the scarf, ordered some ribbon from Amazon that might work...

Muppets (including The Muppet Show, Sesame Street, Fraggle Rock)

Regular Grover will be a separate release with Mr. Johnson.

Muppets (including The Muppet Show, Sesame Street, Fraggle Rock)

This is the Palisades phone booth, I just assumed it was a homage to the original, but I saw plenty of others confused by its inclusion in the pictures. I already have Palisades Super Grover in both costumes, but I’ll buy this one anyway. I’m sure I can always use a Super Grover somewhere else...

    Mattel DC Figures

I don't remember if their were pictures, but this one was an actual offering by Mattel that didn't make it. I was really hoping for this pack, and eventually ended up with a custom GA Hawkgirl instead. https://www.actionfigureinsider.com/new-dcuc-2-packs-listed-on-bbts/

    YHS/TOY ANXIETY Cryptoids?

I’m not really a cryptid type of guy, but I want to support them and I’m liking that alien. I’m down for the grey version, and the GITD version, which is a thing that is think is actually happening, and not something I made up.

    Super 7 TMNT figures

When the newest Silverhawks came in stock on their store recently, the bundle did not include the extra accessories that were offered with the preorder.

    McFarlane DC Multiverse

The latest Weekly Rewind from Robo, with Toy Fair updates, noted that McFarlane will produce DC products until October to cover shipping through December. He mentioned this as an “extension”. Not sure where that came from, maybe there was a point where McFarlane was going to end in June, as...

Marvel 1/6 Scale (Mondo, Hot Toys, etc.)

Sideshow has two editions of one figure for the same price where the only difference seems to be one accessory, and the one with the extra accessory is produced in higher quantities. Asking if there are any other, less obvious differences that might lead one to want one edition over the other...

    McFarlane DC Multiverse

I think most of the leaks originate from international retailers rather than the factories. As quickly as McFarlane produces, I would be surprised if most of those leaks don't make it out unless retailers decide to bail early. Whether that covers the remainder of the year or not, I don't know.

Muppets (including The Muppet Show, Sesame Street, Fraggle Rock)

@Bills all day, thank you for posting this! I’ve seen this guys work, but I didn’t know he had launched a store. I don’t think NECA will do a lot these in the current economic climate, especially the larger characters. I think I’m going to need some more space for Muppets…

    Mattel DC Figures

Regarding The Ricketeer, or The Rocketeer, as he is more commonly known, Disney does not own the character outright, rights are split between Disney and Dave Stevens estate. Disney owns the movie and TV rights and related merchandise. Dave Stevens estate owns the comic rights and related...

    McFarlane DC Multiverse

It was at a con during one of their panels, NYCC maybe. The only other one I remember is Bizarro, which they made anyway of course. Edit…. It was NYCC 2024 and the other two were Guardian and classic Eradicator. All have been made at this point.

    McFarlane DC Multiverse

Jade won the fan vote, and they still made her a chase, so I was less hen enthused, but glad to have her either way.

    Mattel DC Figures

And unlike McFarlane, hopefully they plan this well upfront. McFarlane clearly never had a plan on buck reuse, leading to a lot of questionable reuse when they then decided it wasn’t worth it doing all unique sculpts anymore.

    NECA - General Thread

In the past 25 years there have only been two main action figure lines, with really big gap in between. And the NECA line should be mostly compatible with Palisades in style and scale. Even if NECA drops the ball, you can backfill a lot of characters with Palisades, and I doubt we will ever...

    Mattel DC Figures

Thanks, @secondwhiteline for that wrestling rundown. That, all translated to DC (except the chase variants), would be awesome.

Muppets (including The Muppet Show, Sesame Street, Fraggle Rock)

Big Bird is up on EE, $10 cheaper than BBTS. Worth it if you can hit the free shipping threshold. https://www.entertainmentearth.com/product/sesame-street-ultimate-big-bird-7inch-scale-action-figure/nc08613

Muppets (including The Muppet Show, Sesame Street, Fraggle Rock)

NECA’s stuff seems to be a little bigger than Palisades, but close enough. And yeah I have the DST figures, but they don’t compare to what Palisades did as far as I’m concerned. Going Palisades style/scale (mostly) was the right call for NECA.

    NECA '87 Toon TMNT

So, maybe I’m just being a bit pedantic, but the press release from Mattel and Paramount for TMNT doesn’t say “master license” anywhere, so is this something that is normally inferred from these statements rather than explicitly stated, or is everyone just assuming? Don’t get me wrong, they...

    Ghostbusters General Thread

It was stated at some point last year that there would be a cheaper version without the desk. Plans may have changed, but that is what Mondo said at the time.

    Star Trek

Yes, Palisades got the license and preorders went out for the Kirk and Roddenberry two-pack, but retailers weren't interested, and then they went bankrupt. There are some actual samples out there, they've popped up on eBay a few times.

Muppets (including The Muppet Show, Sesame Street, Fraggle Rock)

They said they've been working on Muppets for a long time, so I don't think they would suddenly be shifting schedules to accommodate. It sounded to me like they put such little product out last year because they ran into manufacturing issues (specifically mentioned for Oscar), and of course...
