Hopefully they end up being worth the wait. Honestly I would have been fine if they took even longer as long as they come out good. The original prototypes they showed off for the line made me really hopeful but the last round of paint masters still doesn’t come close to my eyes (could just be the quality of the pictures I am seeing on my phone). Props to Nacelle for pulling the first run to try to fix things. I really respect them for doing that. Also props to them for keeping the price point so far. I just hope they fixed things enough that the figures turned out good. I would love to see them succeed.
 
I keep checking for reviews but I am not seeing anything. Praying and hoping these turned out good. I know they are better than they would have been and I appreciate Nacelle for what they did but I don’t know if that improved them enough for me.

Below is from their FAQ. Sounds like they are processing in the right (fair) order.

Why is my Star Trek Wave 1 order taking longer to ship?
  • We are currently shipping all Star Trek Wave 1 pre-orders first. Once pre-orders are fulfilled, we are processing new orders in the order they were received.
  • Due to higher-than-expected demand, new orders may take up to approximately 4 weeks to ship. This estimate reflects processing time only and does not include transit time.
 
And they say that its a 4 week delay for in-stock items, which kinda makes em a preorder IMO... but heck not as long a wait for those that did.

When did pre-orders start? I think Mine was place in July... so I wonder what they are up to?!
 
If you want to get technical, "in-stock" just indicates the state of the stock, not how long it will take them to send your order, but in the era of 2-day delivery, yeah, it doesn't really meet the expectations of most. I see that they actually updated the listings too, but no one reads, so people will still complain.

My pre-order is from March 2025. I wonder how this works with the retailers who put up preorders after. I ordered Wave 2 form BBTS, I prefer not to pay upfront whenever possible. Less risk...
