Subject is a figure shrouded in mystery. Her comings and goings on U.S. soil are an enigma - no travel records exist indicating how she moves around the world. She meets clandestinely and through back channels with Lewis assets that are off the books and not on the government payroll. Lewis, usually shockingly hands-on with foreign dignitaries, refuses to meet with the subject and will actively seek to be in an alternate location when she visits. He has strict orders that she is not allowed in most government buildings. Currently, all intelligence on Pythona beyond this report is classified as top secret, and rumors abound that she is providing either foreign intelligence or unsanctioned bioweapons to the administration.
"Rexford Lewis is a great many things, but one thing he is not is a coward. He knows more about who or what this woman represents, and it terrifies him. And that, in turn, should terrify all of us. None of his closest allies or enforcers seem to be able to keep track of her. Crystal Ball, with his newly elevated abilities, has said her mind is like quicksilver across a table, impossible to catch and dangerously toxic. Speculation has run rampant since her first appearance and each new, and always unannounced, visit stirs those anxieties even more. Everything about her - the techno-organic armor she affects, the inhuman look of her eyes, the... familiarity with which she addresses the president, all ask more questions than they answer. The one question I must know though: is she a threat to Lewis, and if so, can she be turned against him? Or is she controlling Lewis for someone or something even more powerful?"
From the personal notes of Philip "Chuckles" Provost: "I was in the same room with her once, undercover. We made eye contact and - have you ever looked a predator in the eyes? Seen a mountain lion while hiking? It was like that. Instant fight or flight. But also... look there's no polite way to say it, but I was drawn to her at a primal level, do you understand? The small mammal part of my brain wanted to dive nose first into that trap. I don't know who the hell she is, but she might be the most dangerous person I've ever been that close to, and I'd prefer not do it again."
