Many folks in the U.S. got them from international sources in places like Canada and Australia. Unfortunately, that seems like it will be a lot harder and/or more expensive as of yesterday.

The DCD version of Gray Ghost is plenty sturdy. Sadly DCD never lived down the impression that their Batman Animated figures were fragile after the QC issues of the first wave. However, the reality is that they addressed the problem early on and most of the releases were just fine.
