It may not seem like it, but it was a decade ago. The Walgreens release was 2018, which is still pushing a decade, but it was basically a rerelease of part of the SDCC exclusive, which was from 2015.

It was honestly a pretty sleepy year in terms of my tastes, but Deathbird was a major, major want crossed off my list, and turned out beautifully, so she's probably the pick. MvC Psylocke, Fabian Cortez, Rachel Summers, and Daken were all honourable mentions.

I'd definitely be all over an Acolytes box set. The lineup you suggested would be pretty much perfect, though I'd prefer Spoor or Unuscione to Cargill.
