Here is the rumor/leak list with a few leftovers from 2026 thru the 12-15-25 Fanstream.
This is a compilation of everything we've seen/heard so far, mostly from Displaying Model Behavior (DMB) and Marvelous News.
Some may be accurate, some may be totally false, but I'm listing everything anyways.
I'll update this list when new info is available.
Once a rumor/leak is revealed by Hasbro, it will be removed from this list, unless it is the first reveal of a wave or set.

Thanks for always keeping us on top of the rumor mill, Beamish! Love having this as an easy reference.
 
In the latest video that DMB did about the rumors, when he talked about the Secret Wars line, he said Dr. Octopus. I found that odd, as this was the first time hearing that, associated with that line/wave.
 
From what we’ve heard rumors of thus far, I admit there’s not a ton I can say I’m really excited for. The only things that pique my interest are the possible Crossing 2-packs, any 2099 releases, and seeing what a Maximum Thor might be.

Knowing that the possibility of more Asgardians and/or Serpent Society members is slim, and the seeming avoidance of remaining Avengers members, has put a damper on 2026 currently. But lots of time left to turn that around. Hopefully. But my wallet would admittedly enjoy a break for awhile.

I'm hoping for a great year for Marvel Legends in 2026. I'm loving the look of the Grizzly figure that they showed in December. From the leaks I'm looking forward to seeing Marrina, Doom 2099, Hulk 2099 and the MCU versions of Muse and JLD Valentina. There have been rumors of both comic Cypher and Magma, who are both in my personal Top 10 most wanted - so I'm hoping those turn out to be true as well.
 
Thanks Beamish! I think lost in the shuffle were some (questionable) leaks of Synch and a Wolverine on the X-cross from the Silvestri cover? Probably wise to ignore.

Nonetheless, 2024 and 2025 were huge years for Legends for me and this feels like a cool down year. The 12/15 reveals mostly left me cold with Abomination being straight reuse essentially (and maybe the entirety of the Hulk program) and the Punisher Mech looks cool, but 50/50 for me at best. The X-Men '97 stuff isn't adding much new.

Will come down to how I feel in person though. If Future Foundation offers some new tools for the FF and the MoTG wave is as good as the first one that will go a long way. So would Vengeance and The Crossing if done well.

I got the impression he was just spitballing there, not that he'd actually seen any leak pointing to it directly. Sort of echoing stuff the community thinks might happen.

Could be, but with Northstar being one of the few openly gay characters it wouldn't surprise me if the former showrunner wrote him into the second season. Of course, he has since been axed so he also could have been written out if the new showrunner isn't onboard or if Disney has cold feet.
 
Here's the deal:
When sources like Displaying Model Behavior, Dan Who? Reviews, X-Manny and others put out rumor/leaks lists, take everything with a grain of salt.

Case in point:
There was an actual list that leaked back in June 2025. Possibly a vendor order list of some sort. I copied and pasted it to the 2025 leak list, but in time it disappeared.
There was a lot on that list, but for the sake of this post, here's one example of what it had, and how things can spiral into something else entirely:

Ghost Rider, Hawkeye, Wolverine ("latest version") and Marrina in one grouping, and they all had BAF after individual names.
Within this grouping:
Marrina wasn't listed as Marrina, and there was some debate over the translation from wherever the list came from.
Ghost Rider didn't have Vengeance attached to his name.
Hawkeye didn't have Bullseye or Dark Avengers attached to his name.

Lady Deadpool, Psylocke and Wolverinepool were listed in one grouping, but they did not have BAF listed after their names.

American Secret was listed separately from the other two groupings and did not have BAF listed next to his entry. American Secret was also a wrong translation, and the entry is U.S. Agent (pointed out by Resilient) who, oddly enough was attached to an earlier rumor/leak that proved to be false of an Iron Man retro wave in 2025.

Iron Man mark 3 grey was listed separately and had Pulse next to his name.

Fast forward to a few weeks ago when an actual list showed up on an Instagram account that Enforcer posted for us. That list had missing figures from waves which looked like pages that weren't copied and pasted correctly. That list had the following listed as "American Secret BAF wave"
Ghost Rider/Vengeance, Lady Deadpool, Psylocke and Wolverinepool and US Agent. There is a name in in the page crease that is illegible.
That's 6 figures of a 7 figure wave, including the name in the crease.
US Agent is really American Secret.
Somehow Vengeance got attached to Ghost Rider.
I actually reached out to the poster and asked who the name in the crease is - no response at all.
The list looks like it was generated as a fan list, not a vendor sheet.

Now fast forward to Displaying Model Behavior's recent video.
He clearly states this is all old information.
He claims there are 2 BAF waves.
Wave 1:
Ghost Rider (who he kinda sorta attaches Vengeance to)
Latest Comic Wolverine
Hawkeye
Marrina
Iron Man mark 3 grey

Wave 2: American Secret wave
Psylocke
Lady Deadpool
Wolverinepool

So, there's a lot of speculation from the original vendor sheet to the Instagram post to Displaying Model Behavior's recent video.
Somehow between the initial rumor/leak in June until now Vengeance became attached to Ghost Rider, Bullseye to Hawkeye and a variety of BAF waves have been "revealed".
This is the reason why I attach names and dates to the list on the first post of this thread so we all know where and when the rumor/leak came from.

What we do know for certain, straight from Dwight, is there are 2 upcoming BAF waves, and in one of those waves the BAF is a team completer.

What I think?
Ghost Rider, Hawkeye (Dark Avengers), Marrina and "latest version" Wolverine are in an upcoming BAF wave.
Psylocke, Lady Deadpool, Wolverinepool and U.S. Agent are in a mini comic wave.
Iron Man mark 3 grey is indeed a Pulse exclusive.

I really hope all rumors of "Wolverinepool" are referring to the Deluxe Deadpool with Wolverine pieces.
 
I am cautiously excited for the Falcon, Absorbing Man and Deluxe Thor.

There's still a chance any or all of them could be in costumes/sizes I don't want, but I can dream.

But I'm most excitedly cautiously excited for the Cipher/Cannonball figure. I passed on the X-Men '97 Sunspot because I didn't like the low-detail animation look, and there's no way Doug and Sam should be the same height, but if these are the first steps toward a full New Mutants lineup and some Year 1 X-Men, I'm ready.
 
It takes a lot of 'if's to get there, but if Pyslocke is in her Outback costume, and if that last spot in the Secret Wars wave does turn out to be Magik, and if Magik and Cypher are relatively consistent with the X-Men '97 Sunspot, we're off to a pretty damn good start. Although, it would be pretty funny to have half the original New Mutants in their 2010s costumes and the rest in their original training uniforms. Womp womp. I know they've often been peppering X-Men characters into mixed waves the last few years, but I do hope we still get at least one dedicated wave that isn't X-Men '97 or MCU/Foxverse stuff. As a collector, I pretty much live for that one wave each year.
