Gotta disagree. I love the Foxy Shazam tune!Ha, ha! I loved the intro on season 1. Season 2 was a let down by comparison.

I would have agreed with you up until the fourth viewing, and then I suddenly discovered myself singing the song constantly and looking for the minor editing differences at the start of each episode.Ha, ha! I loved the intro on season 1. Season 2 was a let down by comparison.
My s/o and I are CONSTANTLY singing that song! I frequently hear her in another room belting out "OH JULIAN!" Honestly, I wasn't really familiar with the band until Peacemaker S2, but we've since checked out quite a few of their tunes. Pretty great band, honestly.I would have agreed with you up until the fourth viewing, and then I suddenly discovered myself singing the song constantly and looking for the minor editing differences at the start of each episode.
Not super familiar with a lot of their discography, but the lead singer had a feature on Downtown by Macklemore like a decade ago and his voice in that still pops in my head from time to time- such a fun, unique Freddy Mercury-esque tone.My s/o and I are CONSTANTLY singing that song! I have noticed that too.Damn, I didn't even pay $40 Canuck.
Seems a lot of his theatrical stuff is in extreme demand on the aftermarket at the moment.
I'm only just now exploring their discography, but what I've heard so far Queen is definitely the biggest influence. There are also some hints of Prince, Robert Plant, and Tina Turner in the mix, with some Bowie flavoring here and there. I'd say he does a great job of wearing his Mercury influence on his sleeve while not coming across as a rip-off. He certainly has a very unique vocal tone, and from what I've heard the entire band is incredible live. I'm actually rather amazed that I am only just now discovering them...don't know how they flew under my radar for so long. Not super familiar with a lot of their discography, but the lead singer had a feature on Downtown by Macklemore like a decade ago and his voice in that still pops in my head from time to time- such a fun, unique Freddy Mercury-esque tone.
