You say that as if the perfect Danger Room set doesn’t exist.
When I was a wee lad I wanted this thing so damn bad. Never got it, and probably for the best, but man I had dreams about it.

I had the cylinder playset version of the Danger Room that I held on to until my parents moved. Some pieces had been chewed on by rats, but was still mostly intact so instead of putting it in the garbage, I thought what the heck - put it on Ebay - and it actually sold for $30!!! I was shocked.

Always Ebay before throwing away! Or donating.

I just never pictured the danger room to have red walls. Any time I see that set, I have to tell myself, "that's what ToyBiz made the Danger Room look like as a toy." It doesn't register.

I have a dozen or so diorama pieces from Marvel Select figures, enough to make a decent Danger Room display, just no space to actually display it.

Eww, did you disclose that parts had been chewed by rodents? Or do you not inform buyers of such grossness?

In my mental version of the Danger room the walls are a sort of minty green, exclusively because of those Jim Less trading cards. That's just what the Danger Room looks like to me.

With the Danger Room’s holographic imaging, the walls can look however they’re programmed to appear. Red, Green, Pink pika dots, whatever

I like a few 90s playlets for their nostalgia and charm. Scale or accuracy are not necessarily requirements. I love the Kenner Batcave from Batman Returns (which was repained and reissued no less than a half dozen times), I'm a fan of those cardboard POTF2 dioramas of the cantina and Jabba's palace, but those TB Danger Room sets never did it for me.
