Really looking forward to this set. Especially Starfox.

How so?All I saw was a blanket statement that lumped all Christians into one condescending category. The kind of statement that would get someone run out of town if it was made about any other race, sex, or religion.
Same. I want a Great Dane for use as Ace from Batman Beyond.Yes, I will take a 1:12 St. Bernard made by the Classified team. Thank you.
I mean that makes sense. It would be pretty crazy if you got a mix and match of the two boxes.Got my Marvel Unlimited box. Not only did I get the old figure, it was 2024's box entirely - same comic, same litho, same patches, and a 2024 so far letter.
This is how so.How so?
Christianity is famously flexible because Christians aren't actually Christian and nothing matters or actually means anything.
Hey, Beamish! How many more pre-Modern Era Avengers do we need now? (I consider the Pre-Modern Era to be everything before Avengers Disassembled or Avengers 500)
So ...
Mantis
Swordsman
Moondragon
Two-Gun Kid
Dr Druid
Hammond Human Torch
Firebird
Jack of Hearts
The unofficial guys like Golden Age Whizzer, Red Wolf, Jarvis, Rick Jones.
Updates to Falcon, Yellowjacket, first appearance Hercules and the Perez era Beast would be nice.
Who else?
I don't believe you'd make a disparaging blanket statement like that about any other group of people. Based on interactions from other threads I know we have things in common and I'm fine with leaving you to believe what you believe, but I didn't appreciate that one.
I'll leave you to go down the road of condescending statements and suppositions about what other people do or don't know or what they do and don't believe, but that will be without me.
I will say that Christians (in my case, Catholics) believe that Christ is the savior. He died for your sins and mine. That matters to us and it means a hell of a lot us.
There are 14 unmade official classic Avengers:
Swordsman
Mantis
Two-Gun Kid
Dr. Druid
Firebird
Demolition Man (I don't count the Scourge figure as his "official" figure)
Stingray
Jim Hammond Human Torch
Gilgamesh
Living Lightning
Triathlon
Silverclaw
Jack of Hearts
Lionheart
Honorary Members:
Whizzer
Starhawk
Martinex
Charlie-27
Nikki
Marrina
Yellowjacket II (Rita Demara)
Magdalene
Swordsman II (Phillip Javert)
Deathcry
Masque
As well as:
Rick Jones

Including frequent guests/almost Avengers:

Lest we never forget:
Yellowjacket (Pym) update
Falcon update (classic red and white suit)
Hercules update (70s costume)
Perez Beast
Moondragon - classic, non-thong suit
As intolerable as I also tend to find it all, I also have always found religious belief - and the discussion around religious belief - absolutely fascinating.I was raised Catholic and still have a lot of reverence for the church, but also a lot of contempt. And I appreciate when people walk the walk as far as the teachings of Christ, but I also have a harder and harder time tolerating people who still believe when there is soooooooo much pain and suffering perpetuated in His name. Especially when, to me, it's all just made up. We'll never have anything as cool as Star Trek when so many are hung up on god and money.
