I'll snap some photos here in a bit and send them over. From what I've seen/heard from a couple of my friends, the paint issues seem to be pretty widespread- lots of little specks, misalignments, etc. The one I opened for myself has a couple tiny ones- nothing major, but still noticeable.
Are you referring to how each individual boob is sculpted separately? In case you haven't seen boobs in a skin tight shirt before, there aren't pockets for each boob. The fabric stretches across the boobs. The '97 Rogue torso sculpt makes way more sense. If you're referring to her backside, that's just as pronounced as ever. And these days, they seem to make leggings that accentuate those features in real life too. So that part could still be accurate in theory.

Jim Lee, the aforementioned Jim Ballent, and just about every other 90s artist was oblivious to that, however. I appreciate the 90s accuracy.
It's an indiscriminate practice at least. Look at the definition in the pecks, the six-pack, the ribs, heck you even see veins popping through the outfits on some of the male characters, comic art and action figures alike. If you took Arnold Schwarzenegger in his prime and put him in a spandex suit, you'd loose all that definition in real life. Both sexes are equally stylized.
I like those and the 97 Rogue, it's a toss up. Another wrinkle with me trying to trim down to ONE figure per character.
I don't know the answer to your question but my Target also said, "limited stock" which in my experience usually means it's gone, but I went there anyway and there was one left of the pegs.
