It's fine. Wasn't directed solely at you, but more that I saw the conversation trending in that direction and wanted to get everyone on the same wavelength. Especially since our illustrious leader is one of the people that isn't up to date on episodes yet.

Per our leak thread, this is the rumored fourth wave:

Real good chance we see it at SDCC.
 
I would think its probably Polaris. Why would they release a single card Northstar? And without rereleasing the rest of the team? I unno, that just doesn't seem likely to me. I think him and his sister should always be packed together. Now if he has a cameo, maybe? But still, Polaris makes more sense, to me anyway.

Polaris being mistranslated as Northstar is one of my favorite quirks of any leaked list. Episode 2 and the trailers make it seem like she has a bigger role to play at some point, so it's a safe bet. On the flip side, if one were to try and find a reason for Northstar to enter the show it might not be that hard. Anyone with even a slight connection to Wolverine always has a shot and Northstar does via Alpha Flight. The former show runner who plotted out this season is also gay and enjoys utilizing mutant prejudice as a metaphor for gay issues in the show. With Northstar being one of the most prominent gay superheroes in Marvel, it wouldn't shock me if he was woven in somehow (assuming Disney didn't get cold feet), but it's almost certainly Polaris.

Candra is absolutely screaming for a figure!


It makes much more sense that the figure we're getting is Polaris, but Northstar did make a cameo last season (with Psylocke!), so that for me is enough to think he's also screaming for a figure. They're all screaming. And we're gonna hear them.

I think the final episode of X-Men '97 should be a remake of Pryde of the X-Men (with fewer Australian accents) to bring it full circle.

Yeah, but some people avoid trailers and we were asked not to really discuss episodes. I'm probably be overly cautious. I was merely suggesting. Sorry if I over-stepped.

I just fucking deleted it but I think you are being way too strict with this rule. The trailer was released at least 6 months ago. There should be a statute of limitations on stuff like this. I mean you guys are all making assumptions over what the next assortment of figures could be, and no offense but those could spoil early shit too
