Scantily clad damsel in distress?
I mean . . . if sculpted in the style of Gene Colan, in a two-pack with a Maximum-level Dracula . . . sure why not!Scantily clad damsel in distress?
Might want to check out the Frazetta girls website...Scantily clad damsel in distress?
I’ve actually got one of those. It’s not that I can’t find it, or even afford it. I know where one is at this very moment. It’s just a ridiculous price for a relatively innocuous retail item:Most of my grails were made in the last few years, and were relatively easy to get (Outback Psylocke, New Mutants Magik, Spiral, Destiny). I guess Senyaka and Tempo remain. Otherwise, I haven't really found Legends stuff hard enough to get for anything that's been made to be a grail.
I keep expecting this one to get re-issued, but we'll see. They've been doing a fair amount of re-issuing older figures in recent years, especially if Hasbro sees the demand based upon secondary market prices like this one has. This figure was somewhat hard to get even when it first came out. I'm still rocking the Caliban wave one and at the time didn't think the retro card one was enough of an upgrade to pay for.I’ve actually got one of those. Card back Beast with the lab coat. 140 bucks. No one can tell me why. I do understand capitalism. Supply and demand and all that. But still, I’m dumbfounded. The previous one with the Caliban head is going for around $90.00 dollars. Loose and incomplete is about $50.00. Frustrating to say the least. I do have the first appearance version which is okay. But I do want a proper Hank McCoy.
