Basically, yes lol. In Barboursville, West Virginia. I live in Ohio, but the nearest Target to me is that one in WV, about 45 minutes away. And it sits atop a hillside vista as you put it. There are other stores up there as well. But the Target is right near the back edge of a pretty big hill that goes down to a highway beneath it. Last year, the hillside began giving away not only from some erosion, but also from some nearby construction work.
They closed the Target fearing it would just slide down the edge of the Hill.
They took the time it was closed to secure the Hill, and oddly, make the Target bigger. And they promise, it won't fall.
I don't trust them. If that store ever falls, I will be getting ahold of Justice and his people so we can dig for buried toys.
