EDIT: the leaker is not sure if it's Red Dress Amidala, just that it's a figure of Amidala.

My wife's favorite is the.. I think black dress that looks like she's wearing peacock feathers or some shit? If they do a Black Series of that, she's going to be hitting the pre-order button -for- me.

lol I remember I created a thread on Fwoosh's old forum to talk exclusively about Amidala's looks and which ones would people want in figure form. It reached 2 pages!

Aren’t there a couple red dresses Padme wore in TPM? There’s the one pictured above and one that’s even more ornate? I know we got figures of both in the original TPM line…
 
IS there a more ornate red dress? I actually don't remember. The one above is the one I always think of when someone says 'Padme in the red dress.' Or, specifically 'Queen Amidala.'
 
If they don't start with Theed Palace Amidala - aka Red Amidala - they'd be idiots. But they've also let 13 years go by with making exactly TWO figures of one of the franchises six leads.

I still would not be upset about a Mustafar Padme - I really want to complete that section of my shelf and to have a real carded version to complete that set. I have a Battle Padme and her bubble stuffed inside an Anakin box and it works... until I notice. :/
 
While I'm plenty familiar with the "red" Amidala you're all referencing, I was thinking of this one:

On the TPM cards, this was called Queen Amidala (Coruscant). Then there was the one on the Power of the Jedi card, the red one that seems to be more commonly referenced, Queen Amidala (Theed Invasion). She had like a dozen looks in this movie, some of whom may not have even been Amidala, but her decoys. I'd take just about any of those looks at this point.
 
I feel like an outcast when I'm the only one who's hyped about possibly getting Spider-leg Maul...especially if it looks all crazy like that. I might grab the Droid too though.

That's such a nice figure. Ugh, to think of how beautiful Amidala's TBS figures could be with the tech and attention to detail Hasbro has now. Really a shame we still haven't got a single figure of her royal and senate outfits.
