Yeah the in stock for 6" should happen after all the KS and the preorders go out. So probably another week or three.I was out in MN this weekend and drove down to Rochester (the one official brick & mortar retailer they list on their site) hoping the new 6" Wolf figures would be on sale there, no luck. Cannot wait to order, they look amazing. And it looks like vehicle is at least temporarily not for sale. It is a fantastic piece!
More stuff, more stuff!I didn't order any of the Wolf Troopers. The silver one looks particularly fetching. The red ones could blend well with some of the Monster Force red troops as well. Maybe the Cobra Crimson troops could be a splinter faction which has these Wolf troops and the Crimson Moon guys as well. Whoops, I may have talked myself into more stuff.
For me, since I'm only sort of into GI Joe these guys are just a new faction on my shelves to menace everyone. Intergalactic space pirates. I love the Starfinder stats and little bit of lore they put out a while ago, the idea of these things launching from a "Mother Spine" ship. Love it. I think of these dudes as like, the folks the Starjammers have to deal with when they aren't doing Shi'ar and X-Men stuff. And maybe they fall through a dimensional rift occassionally and raid the Earth where the Joes live.
I feel you. That's me and that upcoming Cryptic Kickstarter. I think those toys look thoughtfully designed, but so far the Mothman they showed has no chance of going on my shelf. I hope they do well and I hope they have something else that strikes me more, but right now I'm more happy other folks hopefully get stuff they like. It's not the -style- of goofy that I enjoy, I guess?
The Roboskull is 100% my blend of goofy though. It's a skull (big fan of skeletons of all sorts, just think they look neat) and it's wacky scifi bullshit, and I love wacky scifi bullshit. It's definitely a polarizing design so I get how it wouldn't appeal to a lot of folks.
