Operation Monster Force

Not really sure what to think of this ‘the Order’ nun figure. Monster fighting nuns could be fun but I can’t really say I’m liking the body armor body. Maybe if she comes with some soft goods robe to cover most of that up she could still be a classical looking nun. Their approach to the female figures in general hasn’t been as good as the rest of the line, at least by the early renders.

To be fair, I think all of the figures so far have turned out better than the renders, so there's hope.

I'm also curious if they do any type of softgoods over the nun. It could look cool with some type of robe or surcoat. But I don't disagree that by itself the body looks a little weird, at least in the render.

Yeah frankly they’re all a little too horny for my taste. It’s just stands out a bit amongst their no skin besides maybe face and skin counter parts.

I’d much have preferred a more standard nun design. Would offer a lot more flexibility

I’ve got a thing for nunsploitation and cheeky blasphemy (I’ve had some friends amongst the Sisters of Perpetual Endulgance over the years and I had a delightful time watching Immaculate last year) so I’m down for kinky battle-nuns.

Oh no, their cover of Like A Prayer is -absolutely- better. They're also just like.. a great band that deserves more recognition for being legitimately talented.

My ex was in one of the worst nunsploitation films I've ever seen and I will never not laugh at being able to say that sentence.

First time I heard the cover I'm like "I LOVE this" and then I went down the rabbit hole of scooping up their albums. They're legit. Sometimes the gimmick is just a gimmick covering actual talent.

Oh yeah, they're so talented. I find a lot of gimmicky metal bands are really talented people that either just had a crazy idea and wanted to run with it (pirate metal, dwarf metal) or needed to do something to get noticed in the sea of 'everyone in this entire genre is really good at playing guitar.'
 
This Monster Force nun looks like they just slapped a nun head on a different character. Granted the image is only greyscale. Maybe it'll look better in color. Does seem reminiscent of a Warhammer 40k Sister of Battle.
 
Well it’s most likely planned to be used elsewhere. It might look better on its it’s original use rather than what might just be pretooling

As Ash said, it might also just be a matter of needing to see it in the intended colors.
