One A Day 2.0 Day #457 - SDCC Week featuring Lyra

Definitely a Classic, Definitely a Mutant X, probably one of the more modern looks, and definitely a flightsuit. Hell, at least one or two more of those looks are ones I'd buy if they made.

I can live with the X-Men 97 version, but would certainly upgrade to the EoV version which I think is better (although I didn't understand the top of the boots design).

But I think the flightsuit would be my first choice at this point.
 
As tempting as Goblin Queen is, I know I'd then have to go all in with Silvestri-era X-Men and villains, which I avoided so far, and don't have space for.

Eternity - No. Like with the Tribunal and the other big cosmic guys, I just don't know where I'd put them on the shelf.
Wonder Man - Only if they do the Tank Top and mullet 90's WCA look.
Mimic - Regular, no. Exiles, Yes.
Karnilla - Maybe.
Blood Brothers - Yeah, Probably.
Patriot - Yes, but do the version with no full mask and with the shield. That's what he looked at for most of his "career."
D-Man - Yes.
Joystick - Nah.
Krakoa - Nah. It would have to be huge to be worth it, and I don't have space.
Ravona - Maybe.
Ms Minutes - Nah, no interest.
Slapstick - Nah.
Jack of Hearts - 10000%. AN unmasked head as an alt would be great.
Belasco - Yes
Thorn II - Probably
Azazel - Nah.
Wyatt Wingfoot - Yes.
Ghost Rider (Robbie) - Yes indeed. But mate, I'm still salty about the Hellcharger not funding.
Exodus - Yes.
Cosmo - Yes.
Phylla-Vell - Absolutely. Ideally the Annihilation one, but I'll take whatever.
Marrina - Yeah, next Payday if all goes well!
Machinesmith - The robot one, yeah, just coz it's a more interesting look.
Lyja the Laserfist - yeah 100%. Can't wait.
Ringmaster - Yes.
Circus of Crime - Nah.
Barracuda - Yes.
X-Treme - Yes.
The Looter - Yes.
Falcon - I got the SW2 one, and have the one from Bruebakers run. That's enough for me.

And thus 250-300 are done!
 
Apropos of nothing, I was looking at the design for Maddy Pryor in Marvel Strike Force tonight and it also is not a bad compromise for staying true to the original look but being "safe for primetime."

M/Penance - I think a Modern M with alternate head and hands is a must given her prominence the last few years.
Avengers Academy Kids - Yeah for sure. That was a great book. Especially Finesse , Hasmat and Reptil who all still appear in books.

Foggy Nelson - 10000% yes.
Beast - A Smaller Avengers style one, yeah. MAYBE a Graduation suit one. After that... nah, probably not.
Arkon - Maybe. I'd have to see.
Vengeance - Yes, but he HAS to have his bike.
Red Ghost and the Super Apes - Yeah 100%
GrandMaster - Maybe.
Wrecking Crew - I mean look, I think the Crew are arguably the biggest villains at Marvel without modern toys. It's at the stage where they're a must have now. Come on Hasbro!!

Cypher - I'm on the fence. I'll decide when I see him on shelf.
The Rangers - Maaaaaybe. They're a fun bunch.
Scarlet Witch - The Gypsy look for sure. I also really love the modern look, so yes to that. I have a soft spot for Force Works, so depsite being terrible I'd get that too. But that would be about it for me.
Silouette - Yes, absolutely. Ideally the 90s look, which I liked a lot, but I'll take any version of her. SHe's a great character not used nearly enough in starring roles.
Spider-Man India - Frankly if I could only have one more Spider-Man variant it would be him. 100% yes.
Arabian Knight I - Nah.
Blitzkrieger - Nah.
Collective Man - Yes.
Defensor - Great Transformer.
Peregrine - Maybe.
Talisman - Only if its the Alpha Flight one.
Genis Vell - 90's Captain Marvel Genis with the starfield look? For SURE! Anything else... maybe.
Nocturne - Exiles one yes, The rest, no.
Quartermain - Nah.
NFL Superpro - No.
Daily Bugle staff - Yes to them all. Hell, I MADE almost all of them. Need a Ben Urich, but can't think of a good head for it.
3D Man - Maaaaaaaybe.
