One A Day 2.0: Day #164 - Maelstrom, Helio, Gronk and Phobius

Good god yes. As much as I want the Valentino Guardians, the Yondu we have leans us to an earlier look. For Starhawk it's just badge or not I guess so livable either way. Charlie, Nikki, and Aleta are dramatically different though.
 
Starhawk would be great. I'd jump at the early versions, but they probably wouldn't be able to make that 1992 card version look nearly as good as I would want.
 
Oh, heck Yeah! Definitely be up for a Star-hawk. Classic look preferred, although the first star field look would make a fun variant, no new tooling required.
Incidentally, that Defenders issue was my very first exposure to the original Guardians. Good nostalgia there @Beamish.
 
I second that Yes x 1000 vote. Fully in with gusto for the classic look. I don’t mind the starfield look, but I want the 70s GotG suits first.
 
The classic Guardians are towards the top of my incomplete teams list - right up there with the Inhumans and original Excalibur. Absolutely yes to Starhawk!
 
For sure on classic Star-Hawk! Though I am a bit cagey about how they'd execute his costume.

I'd also happily take a Stallone Star-Hawk ... the GOTG figures are some of the only MCU Legends I still have, and I'd pick up any extra characters from that trilogy Hasbro wants to throw us.

I’d expect his wings to be plug-in pieces, with an alt head that has the deployed headfins.
 
YESSSSS. Classic and the starry costume from the comic card. He didn't make my top 10 but would make my top 20 and is my most wanted GotG member.

I've actually never known - or ever thought about it, really. Are his "wings" supposed to be rigid pieces, or cloth like a cape? The blue/90s version looks much more obviously like a cape, while the classic looks like solid fins.

In the comics, the "wings"/solar sails are retractable into his costume.
 
Enthusiastic yes to classic Starhawk. Hard to believe Hasbro hasn't made him yet with multiple Guardians' movies out there. Would also be up for the Valentino blue starfield look. What about a two pack with his partner/merged other-self/fellow Guardian Aleta ?
