Classic Fixer is a yes, mostly for the sake of a complete "Under Siege" MOE line-up. He's definitely the character from that group I'd be least enthused about picking up, but I'd still dig having him.

Techno is probably a pass in this environment: they've waited so long to complete the T-Bolts that I've lost my enthusiasm for them. I've also been scaling my collection & displays back, and don't really have anything post-Onslaught/ Heroes Reborn out.

These are precisely my thoughts as well. Like, everything you said.

Classic Fixer is a definite purchase. A Mentallo 2pk would be boss.

Techno is ok. Maybe in a baf wave or on sale.

All in on Fixer for the Masters of Evil and Techno for the Thunderbolts. Agree a Fixer and Mentallo two-pack would be cool. Both of them also started as members of S.H.I.E.L.D. so they also fill out that organization.

I'm really surprised he hasn't shown up as a BAF. All the parts exist except for a new head, feet and belt.

There's a small handful of Sub-Mariner characters I REALLY want: Orka, Attuma, Tyrok, Llyra, Stingray, Namorita (classic, darn it!).

Absolutely in for classic Handbook Orka. I don’t care if he’s a BaF, Deluxe, or a made-to-order special. Just get him in our hands already.

Definitely. Though he must be up there with the most inconsistently scaled characters - sometimes he's just a big guy at 7 feet-ish, other times he looks 20 feet tall. Handbook says 11 feet tall!
