Not sure about accessories, but definitely different heads. The two-pack ones have the mean face with teeth, which isn’t in the four pack.

I think the two-packs came with everything the original two-packs came with plus those cardboard cutouts of Bebop and Rocksteady. I think the four pack recycled all of the accessories except those paper goods. They might have changed the logo on the pizza box too or went with the updated folding box design.

Edit: based on ebay images, the four-pack came with two pizza boxes and it was recycled from the original SDCC/2 pack sets. Don’t know what logo was printed on them.
 
I definitely have the 4 pack then. I vaguely remember skipping the 2 packs now, thinking I didn't need them and then regretting it. Then Neca came through with the 4 pack and I jumped on it.

Even Shredder? Nice. I never even saw Wyrm 2-pack at mine, or Panda Kahn. But I guess I wasn't really checking after I got PK online. I'd been looking for a Shredder as a gift for a friend of mine. He's out of stock again now, but I did finally get one for him.

I have yet to see either of the new two-packs in store. I didn’t really want either of them so I also haven’t been out actively looking for them either.
 
If you have the free version of Target Circle, there’s a a 10 dollar off coupon on purchases over $40 that applies to NECA. They have some toon stuff in-stock as well as a bunch of Mirage turtles.
 
I got Wyrm/Tattoo yesterday using that coupon or whatever. Sunday to Thursday is easily the fastest I’ve ever received something from NECA. I wonder if it’s related to Prime Week and its many offshoots and stuff that normally would get trucked is getting flown over due to volume? Either way, it’s a NECA Toon set so it mostly looks great, but doesn’t do much. I like that they’re trying pinless double joints, but they do need some work. Tattoo’s elbow is pretty ugly. Since he’s so round to begin with it may have been better to just stick with a single joint. And I say “elbow” singular because one has zero interest in moving. This guy definitely has a hot water bath in his future. Or I could just leave him be since the paint on his elbows is sure to flake off anyway. Wyrm is what I got the set for anyway and he’s fun looking. Standing is a bit of a problem for him, but I’ll figure something out.
 
I was just getting ready to say that I think we are wringing this rag out until the last drop.

Meanwhile, next to zero Red Sky season variations or characters, no Mer-Dude/Ray Fillet, Tempestra, etc.

OF COURSE I will get this version of B&R...but come on, already. Let's wrap it up and move on.
