I am quite literally googling which bare feet would fit on the suit body's pegs/holes right now, because that is a MUST-DO. (Jack is a grail figure for me. I know nobody will ever make him.)

I skipped Dark Toby otherwise I'd test it out out for you. I have a couple of suit bodies I'm constantly swapping heads around with and they're all out of storage right now since I was trying to test out the Pretty Boy / Pete Wisdom combo.
 
I'm an absolute fool for doing it, but got the second Mandarin body today and made my Peter Wisdom, stuck a spare Widow pistol in one hand and a spare fire effect on the other (the "claw" hands from Mandarin work really well as his hot-knives power but I don't have the energy this week to try to repaint them, though it really would work!). I fully expect to see a version of him previewed at NYCC because I jsust spent this money, but I'm really fucken happy with this. He's the best parts-swap cheap and dirty custom I've got in my collection.
 
So what I’m hearing is that after enough people make a Pete Wisdom custom the secondary market will be abundant with cheap Extremis 2.0 figures… good to know, I can wait

I was just about to suggest getting some AOA Iceman hands cheap and repainting those and then doing a second coat for the hot-knife tips once you've done the flesh toned layer. But it sounds like you're happy with Mandarin for those that he comes with.
 
For anyone getting the Capcom Punisher / Nick Fury 2pk, when you get it, would you mind trying either Banshee's head (either Uncanny 275 or Green/Yellow as the skin tones vary faintly) on Nick Fury's body? It seems like it might make for a decent Detective Sean Cassidy from his Interpol days.

This is such a great idea and man, I'm over the two-packs these days because there's been so many I'd love multiple copies of just ONE of the figures from...

That's a great idea. I think I'll try doing some repainting for a hot knives hand with one of the Mandarin claws first but that might work better.
