MONDO Masters of the Universe 1/12 and 1/6

If by "commit" you mean go all-in, be aware that there is not a confirmed standard release for Clawful as of yet, so once the timed edition ends, secondary market will be your only option. At least how it looks right now.
I think I'd do He-Man, Skeletor, and the ladies, but I also feel less compelled if we're super slow burning that.

They mentioned the presale was going well during the livestream, but then again, one would expect that He-Man would perform pretty well.
It's also worth noting that it's pretty uncommon for company reps, anywhere, to be like 'it's not doing so well, maybe we won't make more after this.' The only time you tend to see 'sales aren't meeting expectations' is one-off items they're trying to push, that don't impact the overall health of a line, or ongoing lines facing cancellation. It's basically unheard of for a new line, that they want people to get interested/invested in, to come out of the gate with 'well, it's not doing so well right now.' That would destroy consumer confidence.

One nice thing for these sorts of questions is that the order is open through NYCC, so perhaps some like-minded fans will be asking the reps similar things at the show. Also, there is one more pre-NYCC Mondo livestream scheduled for this week, I believe.

I imagine the issue isn't "will they say 'yes' if asked about Teela and Evil-Lyn?" I mean, you can look at their other lines to know that of course they would do those characters. The question revolves more around whether or not sales will support them getting to those characters before this line is quietly or loudly cancelled. And that's not something I think Mondo would, or even can, answer.

He wants to know if they're coming soon, I figure we'll get at least one more figure reveal at the show, if only in concept art. At least for the other half of wave three. They may also confirm or deny if Clawful is getting a standard release if asked.

True, but in that kind of situation you usually get some industry speak like encouragement to preorder "so we can get those numbers up." "We really need you guys to come out and show us you're into this," that sort of thing. That was some of the language we got heading into Ghostbusters, but their initial orders ended up being strong enough that they added free shipping.

I know they've said one reason Clawful happened so early is beacause he only ever got a staction figure back in the original 200x line. Which isn't to say that's going to be their focus (but I'd like Moss Man sooner than later!) And I wouldn't be surprised to see Teela as the hero half of the third wave. We'll (hopefully) see next week!
