same thing happens with the duck.
 
Got the 3 regular figures at BBTS and was waiting at GS, but I am NOT paying $100 for the Penguin and duck mobile.
I'll wait to see if it goes on sale.
 
I picked up just the Penguin Commandos from MTS, but haven't had any luck with the Duckmobile or Max at Gamestop. Passing on the rest.
 
I was on MTS the second it went up, had the bundle in my cart, didn't get it. I got the penguin 3 pack single from them.

I headed over to BBTS and placed an order for the other 3. I got the "thanks for your order" page but no confirmation email yet and they are not in my list of orders.

Not seeing Shreck yet
 
I did nab 2 of the penguin commandos from MTS.

It took a few minutes to get the email from BBTS on my order.
 
OK, got my confirmation from BBTS, that that's a relief.

I need to go back to work. If anyone sees Shreck pop up on GameStop and is able to grab an extra I'd appreciate it!

I wonder how that works, but when you search for him on their site and he pops up, you just get a "page not found". Anyone got a link for the duck, or is that gone too? I can find it on the page, but it just says "page not found" when I click on it.
 
I used the search "Batman Returns" on Gamestop and Max or the Duck didn't show up. I tried Max and he showed up but got an error message when I clicked on the link. I checked the app and it was unavailable. I thought Batman, Catwoman & Penguin would be on Gamestop but I didn't see them. I was able to order from EE since MTS was sold out. I didn't want the duck or the penguins. I guess I'll hope to find Max in the wild some day.

I got that link from Facebook group but seeing the same thing you are when searching for the figure on the site. Hopefully one method will work sooner than later…
 
I was able to order The Duck from Gamestop, but not Max. Supposedly he will be available in-store at all of Gamestop, Target and Walmart in October. I'll believe it when I see it.

I'm holding out hope that Max is just glitched at the moment, the way the Duck was at release time. When you refresh the page, for just an instant it says "pre-order" before switching to "not available". Call me an optimist, call me a guy who has nothing better to do today but hit refresh for a while, but I'm not giving up yet lol
