The Croc two-pack is already out? Wow. And I already used my Pro Reward this month!

Is that set getting a wide release or is it exclusive in some way? I just want Croc, so debating if I should buy now and sell Batman "while it's hot".

I think that this was a Gamestop exclusive, but I could be wrong about that. I pre-ordered it there on the day it went up. I also did PP Supergirl there at the same time because she was sold out everywhere else, but she hasn't shipped yet.

Those bastards stole my Supergirl figure along with the rest of the truck. Thankfully I have back up orders on BBTS and Amazon. Hopefully one of those comes through.

Having an entire truck of Supergirls stolen feels like if you put it in a manuscript the editor would tell you to scale down the allegory a bit.

I'm sort of picking away at a few of the new releases because Todd's actually making figures I wanted in year one, and I just got Deadshot from Gamestop. I wanted the classic but got the chase, hilariously. It's a nice color palette though and it'll work for me but just kind of emblematic of the entire Multiverse run - even when the figure you want is released, there's a 25% chance or so you'll get something different.

Got my Deadshot and Adam Strange from Gamestop today, super happy I didn't get platinums. Both figures are great, I absolutely love the McFarlane End-Times era of this line. Can't wait for Dr. Fate and Two-Face!

I did get Croc and pew-pew Batman.
It is annoying to pay the “unnecessary Batman” tax, but hoo boy Croc is AMAZING. He has an absolutely sinister headsculpt that feels like they started with the BTAS design and went straight to nightmare.
It’s great to get a comic-style Croc. Todd (or Mattel) will always get me to buy well done iconic-comic versions of Batman’s villains. They’re just the best.

Have to agree. Comic style Croc is great. He’s a nice bookend to Bane. Both wrestling inspired characters with a bit of history and rivalry. As a wrestling fan in my younger years, I think it’s pretty cool.

Dang! That is one I ordered, although from McFarlane directly. Got the email that they’re canceling my preorder. Hope if they recover the stolen items and they aren’t held for years in evidence that they give those that ordered first chance at them then.

What a strange situation. And they’re essentially worthless to the thieves now. Stealing the entire run of a figure makes it impossible to sell now as it’s 100% stolen and tracing back to them.

I mean...obviously it's shitty, and anyone who ordered one got totally screwed here, but...I don't think I've ever heard of this happening before in the toy industry lol On that note alone, it's sort of fascinating.

I mean it does mean that if they try to sell the joker they'll be instantly sprung. I also have seen insane conspiracy theories that the robbery was fake and McFarlane isn't able to produce them or to cover for the tariffs or something. I don't know why McFarlane always has these insane people trying to make stuff up but IDK.

Finally got around to opening the box from Gamestop that came last week.
Deadshot is as expected. I actually like him more than most McFarlane figures so far.

Was surprised to see the grey costume Platinum Adam Strange. At first I was mildly disappointed sinc I had ordered wanting the main look, but the grey color scheme is kind of growing on me. The figure's proportions aren't... The head is tinier than I'd like, but I suppose I should have expected that. The fist hands that come on the figure are very small... though to be fair the forearm/wrists seem too small as well. Oddly, the open grip hands are much bigger than the fists. Anyway... if I decide to keepbthe figure I'll display him with the bigger hands and the masked face, I think.
