McFarlane DC Multiverse

I wonder if that's the trade off for the new sculpting that literally will never be used again - two hands, accurate sculpt.

I'm glad I can absolutely pass on any "Absolute Universe" figures. Gotta save some money somewhere, and I have zero interest in axe wielding Berserker Batman. I know it's popular, but definitely not my thing.

But that's good, because Todd has about 100 other figures rumored to come out before the end of the year, and I want about half of them. (Possibly) So, I wish he'd get on with the reveals already.

I'm glad the Absolute figures are getting made for those who like them. It's cool that the trinity is getting made. I'll probably pass on the figures but they might scale well with Mattel figures since Batman & Wonder Woman are taller in the Absolute Universe. Batman should come with a handle so he can make the axe from the symbol on his chest like in the comics.

Yes. Minority I'm sure, but more Fallout would enthuse me.

I am struggling to decide if I want the new 52 Batman that just came out out. I love the Greg Capullo head and especially love the long wired cape but I am not in love with it's so light grey it's almost white suit color. Sigh. I have thought about the one that comes with the glider but I don't want the glider (no room for it) and I prefer the longer wired cape of the new one. Sigh. First world problems.

It's a beautiful figure once on the shelf.

McFarlane just sent the first actual update on Harley since she funded saying they had production delays but she is en route to warehouses. Along with a few photos with an asterisk in the wrong place and also just funny:

Wish it was a shot of the production figure! But at least - finally.

There's a changing school of thought on asterisks now that they're used for corrections in text and social media, so I'll chalk it to a younger copywriter.

What's the change - asterisk after? First I'm hearing about this but this place is as much social as I media.
