[Shinigami Customs]

I can’t tell if it’s PP Superman as Shinigami said above, or Red Tornado trunks/thighs/body (looking closer, I think the wrinkles on the trunks and shoulders match Red Tornado and Alan Scott) but it’s definitely the Hush Batman boots. One of 2 re-used bodies with some gauntlets, a head and belt.

Really does seem arbitrary though. $35 for that mostly new Hellboy, $60 for the mostly re-used Shadowhawk.

You're absolutely right about it reusing Tornado/Alan.

Also, just POd the Vault WW and Nolan Bats.

Haven’t quite decided on Shadowhawk yet. If I do get him, I’m for sure dropping a $20.00 Platinum coupon on him and picking the cheapest shipping. I normally won’t use a 20 dollar coupon for a single figure. I’ll do the MTS10. But yeesh! 60 bucks! I’ve got plenty of points and quite a few purchases for more points coming up.
