McFarlane DC Multiverse

I’m not sure why the lack of Harley is so pronounced, I’m not really even a fan to be honest, but DCD did produce a lot of Harley product in a short period of time. Or perhaps her popularity has waned somewhat. Then again there’s the Warner Consumer Products Division who likes to have their say. It is puzzling.

Finally found the new Page Punchers wave! Noticed Robin's cape doesn't match the comic art and realized he's on a Batman body? Is he supposed to be huge in this outfit?

I love the headsculpt on this guy but now I'm wondering if the old one was more accurate?

Batmissile is super cool. I’m not sure I want to find space for another vehicle but I’m torn on getting it to have the “complete” Returns set so far. Depends on the price….most of the vehicles have hit the clearance bin lately.

I did finally decide to sell all of my McFarlane comic figures. So I guess I’ll have more space for a vehicle. Going through all these accessories has made me rethink how much I actually want with an action figure outside of what goes on the shelf.

Glad they corrected the ring hand for Alan Scott but IMO the soft goods capes only worked when they were wired. They already used super cheap fabric with very visible mesh on the inside. Now that the capes have no wires they just look terrible. 2 steps back from the soft plastic capes.

I received my Larfleeze, Shazam & Starman bundle from MTS today. They all look good. I like when Shazam is Red & Yellow instead of Red, Yellow & Gold.

It's funny to see all these DC items and then Spawn mixed in like it's part of the same. It IS... but it isn't.

So WW is in the slimmer package with slimmer accessories. Too bad her legs didn't get slimmed down. Ah well - she definitely needed a re-release but I'm sad this isn't the rumored 80s version.

Oh! That Heath Ledger Bank Robber Joker is one of like 3 figures that I've wanted in this line that I never got. I'm happy to see it available through the Vault!

The other two were Platinum Lightning Lad and regular Geo-Force. Although Miss Martian might end up on that list as well. She's the one I'd want the most out of that group.

My only question are how these vault figures are being released? I hope I can preorder Wonder Woman through Gamestop in store. It would make it so much easier for me to have a shot at it.

I like this headsculpt the most out of the Tim Drakes we've gotten from McFarlane.

Yes, it's the Knightfall body. It looks best next to a Hush-body Batman, which is larger.

I don't know anything, but it's my reasonable expectation that it will be through the McFarlane Toy Store online only. I think we'll see a lot of this as the months dwindle down on the contract. They need to make as much money as they can off this license in the short time they have left. I also expect to see massive sales on their site after Halloween in order to clear everything out before year-end. Knowing that, they might offer things at a premium price point through the summer and early fall and then start discounting stuff quite a bit more that didn't move previously, as the weather starts to get colder.

The Vault message was cryptic, kind of like a teaser. After thinking about it, I figured they might re-release figures that were hard to get. This appears to be true from what has been shown. So are we going to find out more on May 8 or are pre-orders available that day? Also, what are the prices going to be? They are in DC Multiverse boxes, so they could be under $30, but I think they might be more. Where are they going up for pre-order? They could be a McFarlane Toys Store Exclusive, but not necessarily.

I hope they do some more, but I'm really looking for some platinum figures like Lucius Fox, Captain Thunder, Dark Superman from Superman III or Mr. Terrific.

Wouldn't mind a re-release of the Interrogation Joker set (or just the figure). That's the one I still haven't been able to get. I like the idea of the Vault; making your figures easier to get- what a concept!
