Mattel MOTU Chronicles Movie Figures

Looks cool. I do think I'm going to avoid getting anything from the kids' line just because I have got to learn to pace myself on MOTU product. Don't need to start collecting two simultaneous He-Man lines... again.
 
That's cool about the $44 Replica Power Sword. That looks like a bigger, slightly more adult collector version. The one I mentioned a few posts back was definitely NOT THAT. It was a kid's version of the Power Sword, I'm sure at a way lower price point. So, it's cool there will be a couple versions and options for the Power Sword.

As far as the figures and toys, they all look fun. I'm in! I'm being responsible too. I've cut out some other stuff being responsible so I can be irresponsible when it comes to all things MOTU. Responsible irresponsibility. Cause I'm an Adult!
 
I think they accidentally revealed the mainline Skele-knight figure, it has more articulation than the basic one:

It looks like a pretty cool design and the articulation seems to be pretty good too.
 
The skele-knight looks badass, first of all. It also looks like they might be photo-tricking the articulation there, but if he can actually pull off that type of two-handed sword pose? That will be a game-changer for Mattel's ability to impress me with their collector-oriented product.
 
I've been informed those photos are actually AI images a fan made based on the 5.5" kids' toys. So, we might get Chronicles figures of those characters, and they might look like that, but who knows.
