Like Alt said, everyone seems to assume he'll be out before Sep. 2027 (hell, maybe the site meant to write September 27th, who knows). But officially, the release date IS listed as September of 2027.

Orko is always a must get from the franchise for me.

But admittedly he didn't even occur to me until that jump scare in the movie. Didn't spare him a thought all film.
 
I've never been a big Orko guy, to be honest. I didn't miss him in the film or really care too much if he showed up beyond 'well, it seems like he SHOULD if they're going with a more kid-friendly version of the brand.' But, because he's become so intrinsic to the brand, I'm probably going to end up ordering that damn figure despite telling myself I really don't need to.

The stupid movie was so good that I want every character they're willing to make.
 
I feel like the only action figures I can reliably get from Amazon are Joes. Everything else gets delayed or cancelled. And Joes are the main thing I can reliably get from EB. With my discount. So barring deep sales, there's no reason for me to buy them from Amazon.

I'm not an Orko guy either. Being a little older, and starting out with the mini-comics and the DC mini-series, Orko was nowhere around until the cartoon came out. I found him annoying like many find Jar Jar, and didn't remotely like anything about him until Revelations made him a sympathetic, interesting character.

All that having been said, I'm tempted to get this guy, but realistically I know that the Masterverse version is perfectly fine for my display.
 
While as an adult, my “preferred” MOTU canon is a headcanon based primarily on the DC comic miniseries, as a kid I loved the cartoon and distinctly remember the day I got the Orko toy. I love the guy and had no problem ordering him (and I can make him work in my head canon).
 
Was hoping the Chronicles figures would go on at least a slight sale, considering how many places are having deals right now, but it doesn't look like it, unfortunately.

Oh, sorry - it IS possible that was only a Canada thing.
In Canuckbucks they were 27 dollars yesterday on Amazon, down from..... 34? Maybe? I dunno. But they were Prime Day items.
