No clue I am confused about the variant or running changes with him and He-Man. It is also not clear to me if there is anything different with the two pack Mattel is selling as an exclusive except for the packaging.

I don't think there is a 'normal' one. The first one people were finding was the fewer teeth, light blue version. Then some people found more teeth, dark blue. And then there seems to be another version that's more teeth, light blue. No idea which one is more or less common.
