Masters of the Universe: Origins

Dawmn, that Sting-or is another one tempting me to buy an Origins figure when I don't collect the line....

Hard to say when there's nothing near them for comparison, but my guess is the same general height, but slimmed down bodies to better represent the 2002 animation over the bulkier bodies used for Filmation. I doubt Mattel is going to make these Masterverse-size, and Cartoon Collection is already basically a 6" line instead of 5".
 
6” only when it comes to males. The females in Cartoon Collection are disappointingly small.

I do like that these 200X figures don’t all seem to be the same body.
 
Dragstor and Sting-Or for me. Probably passing on the 200X stuff as it was never my aesthetic. Unless I get too bored waiting for more vintage stuff, of course...
 
I'm glad to see Dragstor, but he is the ONLY vintage collection figure. But it is just preview night. Those 200X figures are crazy! They look animated and are completely new sculpts. Like NORM said, Origins in name only.

I honestly don't know how I feel about them. On one hand, they look awesome! On the other, I almost feel like they don't go with the rest of the Origins collection be it regular or Cartoon Collection. I can't see me not buying them though, so who the Hell cares.

I do not want to buy a whole line that doesn't fit with anything else, but man, those 200X figures look FANTASTIC. Dammit, I guess I'm in. they just look so uniquely interesting to me.

Love the new castle but the original version just keeps roaming around my studio with Snake Mountain trying to find a permanent home, so I gotta be responsible for once.
 
That Grayskull is cool, but I luckily don't need it. I have every Castle Grayskull to this point. For a minute I thought I might have to buy it for the Space Suit/Robot. But then I remembered I already had it from the Power Con Mysteries of Grayskull set. Just saved $125.
