Quick thoughts on each in the order I opened them:
Firstly, I never watched the 200X MYP show. I like the redesigns, but I'm not fully familiar with all of them as I didn't collect the original toy line either.
He-Man: Nice looking standard figure. Will probably loan him the axe and shield from the previous Origins figure. Glad he has the correct right wrist hinge.
Man-At-Arms: A lot more blue in his design than I'm used to. I like the oversized armor, but kinda wish there was fur to match around both shoulders, not just his right.
Teela: I think the hair is a bit too high on mine, giving her a bit of five-head. Kinda wish she had a sword and shield also.
Orko: I feel like they packed him with a decent bit of accessories to make him feel equal in price to the standard figures. Like that the medallion is removable.
Skeletor: Is this torso slightly hunched? I like that differentiation, but these figures really could use any kind of torso articulation above and beyond the waist. Like the Filmation version, he needs a darker wash to differentiate his top and bottom teeth.
Evil-Lyn: Perfect, no notes.
Beast Man: Love the size, but his face lacks color? I miss the blue.
Tri-Klops: Was afraid his visor wouldn't rotate, but it clicks into place. It honestly doesn't have to. Don't understand what's on his knees.
Stratos: Love the wing design, which is probably the redesign I most admired between the '80s run and MYP. I flipped the wings on my Classics version to reflect that. But this figure fully realizes the actual design much better. Gotta play around more.
Ram Man: Jeez, he's huge. His shoulder armor doesn't actually fix to his body, it kinda clips to his chest, but not securely at all.
Buzz Off: Love the insectoid look, the additional smaller limbs. Don't love his face, looks too Handsome Squidward.
Moss Man: Maybe the most unremarkable figure I've opened.
Merman: Love this head sculpt. I like how he looks almost confidently angry thanks to the furrowed brow (as opposed to shocked expression he normally has with the wide eyes).
Clawful: I like that both claws have articulation, don't love how skinny his legs are, nor how he comes with no club/mace weapon.
Whiplash: Size is once again incredible, but that tail ain't secure on that peg, and he should have come with his spear as well.
Webstor: Love his creepy face and articulated small limbs (which make up for lack of rifle/weapon)
Roboto: Tallest figure in the line? Haven't swapped out his hand for the laser gun, but that would also leave me with the first of loose accessories that would need to be stored because there's no other spot on the figure for it. I even dig his Soundwave shoulder cannon.
Zodak: I like him enough, but there's not much going on.
Have yet to open Adam, Samurai He-Man, and Keldor. In no rush.
