Would the Filmation body actually work? I always assumed it's entirely different (taller, leaner, less detailed) and that's the big hang up for them is sculpting a whole new figure they can only really release once.
 
Filmation Two-Bad is all smooth. To truly replicate the vintage figure, he’d need sculpted texture on the purple skin.
 
I received my Samurai from MC and he went right into the unopened pile of 200X figures. I’ll get there…
 
I see Norm is well on his way to turning into a dragon, sitting on his pile of treasures.
 
Goddammit, I wasn't going to buy in on this line but I might take a flyer on Statos and MaA today. They look fun and the world is on fire, might as well find something to enjoy.
 
Gah! I haven't even opened mine and these are getting discounted!
 
I didn't go overboard and get all of them, but I caved and picked up Stratos because he's my favorite character, and Duncan because there's always room for MaA. I threw a SLIGHTLY discounted Evil-Lyn into the order (they had her for under 20 bucks) because of all the 200X figures she's the one that I thought was so striking I wanted her on her own even if I bought no other figures.
 
Preternia posted pics of the next wave, deluxe is Roboto, regulars are MERMAN, TEELA, and ORKO. They look great, and with them, I could almost consider this line complete. Says POs will be up soon.
 
They look really good. I love that Teela figure. But all of them look great. And I'm so glad we're getting them now and they aren't holding them until next year after the Movie.
 
I just picked up a couple of the 200X and... dammit, they really are very good. I was only going to get a few but Teela in particular looks amazing and now I'm looking at a bunch of others.
 
Aaaaaand once again, Wal-Mart has cancelled my pre order for 200X Samurai he-Man. Cock goblins. They put it back up for pre order, just to cancel it again. Amazing.
