Masters of the Universe: Masterverse

After my initial Faker PO was cancelled by Walmart, I figured I'd just skip it altogether, but I added it to my cart while POing Stratos and Hordak during Collector Con (I skipped Man at Arms, as IMO, there wasn't enough of a visual difference from the New Eternia version for me to justify buying it). Received Faker yesterday and I'm glad I didn't pass him up. I say it every time I get a vintage figure, but I love the subtle shading/highlight paint apps on these guys.

Out of what's been shown above, I'll just be getting the Moss Man, methinks. Not overly familiar with the others and the looks alone don't do much for me.
 
Yeah this Vintage Faker is quickly becoming a top 10 in the line for me. He's just simple and well-done. The paint highlights that looked kind of odd on Vintage He-Man look great on Faker.
 
I don’t understand why the same head sculpts used for He-Man can look so much better on Faker! This is twice now in Masterverse.
 
Admittedly the Vintage He-Man has grown on me a lot and I don't mind his face anymore, I think it's a charming look for him.


Kobra Khan looks great! Love the Clawful claws, the hood, snake belt, and chip eyes.
 
Yeah, Kobra Khan looks really cool, I'll be glad to have him. And for those who like to speculate and keep track (me!), his packaging artwork also features Rattlor!
 
He-Man is in full Crane stance (sword and axe in each hand though for some reason), Kobra Khan is nervous in the moment, as Skeletor yells out "Finish him!"
Zodac yells, "Fight!"

He-Man lets out a "Hi Ya" and kicks Khan right in the face. Zodac yells, "winner!" As Teela and Queen Marlena run out to embrace He-Man.

Duncan just stands in the corner smiling and nodding, as his student of war enjoys his victory, cheating little bastard he is.

Nobody seems to notice that since He-Man is the most powerful man in the Universe, Kobra Khan not only went through the wall, but he is also hurtling through space.
 
Something I haven't seen mentioned anywhere, but that aisle display people have been finding with Hasbro figures setup in little dioramas on top with the figures hanging below also has Mattel on the other side. Mine didn't have any of the figures in stock yet but in the display case up top they had a Masterverse New Eternia Beast Man 2.0 and a Roboto. This was a Walmart that didn't previously carry Masterverse so if you are looking for anything you may want to check Walmarts that haven't sold MOTU in the past.
 
I don't suppose anyone is still seeing Blade out there somewhere?
 
I've never even seen him in a store. The last actual wave I've seen is the Keldor wave. I'll keep an eye out in case he pops up on this display though, when they actually fill it.
 
In the US, I think Blade was a Fan Channel exclusive. I'm not certain, and I have no idea if Blade was Fan Channel or not in Canada. But rest assured, if I find one here in the US Damian, I will ship it right to you.

And yeah, I've only seen it go up at BBTS and some Canadian toy e-tailers. Nowhere else. But I wasn't sure.
