Marvel Legends Two-Packs

My Trapster custom holds up ok but less so my Wizard one. I really want a Sandman in Kirby suit for the FF shelf and sweater Sandman stays on the Spidey shelf. I'm ok with keeping them only 3. Sorta the joke about them. They can't keep a 4th member b/c they are such losers. Sorta like Spinal Tap and drummers.

My enthusiasm for getting the whole Royal Family is not at all diminished, but Gorgon is laughably huge. I would wonder if they had some future reuse in mind for his lower half but it's covered in sculpted detail so I don't think so. He's an absolutely gorgeous figure and I'm glad to be getting him, but his size is a real head scratcher.
 
Yeah . . . Gorgon is *amazing* but he’s just enormous. With the amount of new sculpting, I’m not sure why they didn’t just sculpt/scale those parts to, say, the Hercules torso. If it was added height they wanted, the legs would have taken care of that anyway.

Hercules would have been the ideal base body for Gorgon. Obviously bigger, but not completely out of proportion to the rest of the family.

One of Kang's alt heads in the Throne pack looks like Trapster.
 
Just cracked open Black Bolt and Triton. Triton's just a really nice, straightforward figure - I like the new sculpting, the two head options, no complaints. There wasn't a lot to go crazy with there in terms of bells and whistles, so just make a good figure, right?

Black Bolt is the right amount of update. I really liked the older version but he had such weird limits - the wings, lack of butterfly joints, etc. This one could last me forever. Nothing crazy going on with him either, just the right level of detail and some options with his wings and head.

Also I got TOO MANY FIGURES today in two shipments.
 
The baffling thing about Gorgon is that making him the correct height would have saved them money.

But along with Odin and that one Wolverine they are slowly building a nice 1:10 scale line now that DST is defunct...
