Nothing actually, I just miss the old Damien sometimes so like stirring the pot to bring him out every now and then and sure enough. I like Odin and have two of the Copiel Thor on pre-order. J-Hernandez just did a great review of Thor as well, here.
I also retired today with 5 others in my organization and been busy with all that out-processing and setting up retirement accounts to receive the benefits and all. The organization gave us a very touching retirement ceremony and some gifts. I did 43 years of federal service and looking forward to not having to work early or late anymore.

I don't know what any of this means. It looked like you were just under the mistaken impression that Jesse Falcon either works for Hasbro, or chooses product line-ups.

Nope, been collecting Marvel Legends for over 20 years now so know who Jesse works for. Yep, saw D-Amazing's review, too. You and I had a few tussles way back in the FWOOSH early days. I use to be drkknght64 in those days. I never won any tussles but they were fun. I just wanted to see if the old sword wielding Damien was still around.
 
Maximum Annihilus would be fun. Give him cool wings, a flight stand, an effect for the cosmic control rod, a small resurrected baby Annihilus, and maybe a couple alien insect minions in cool pre-posed poses (like the Big Bad Workshop snake).

Annihilus is a Maximum I would spend the money on, at any rate. Can't be bothered for Spidey, Deadpool or even Thor (though Throg tempted me a little)

Well, I like to think I haven't changed.




Something came to me while I was voting in the Official Articulated Thoughts Top 10 Poll (if you haven't, go do it). I'd never considered this before sitting down to make a list but... I think I want a Maximum Moon Knight. Looking at reviews of Thor -- I'm just imagining MK with a sweet wired cape. Pinless body. A bunch of hand options, including the moon knuckles or whatever and various throwing-blade effect pieces. Head options for white and black masks.
Considering the potential value just of the wired cape - as with Thor - I think there's enough here to justify the Max release. To me, at least.

Also, I never got the actual classic all-white MK that they released however long ago. I just have the one with the gold parts. Which is fine.... but I'd like a better one.
 
I can 100% get behind a Maximum Moon Knight. He’s a great candidate - tons of accessory potential, cape(s) (potentially multiple - wired + a crescent like the Rivals figure), head options, could do swappable gold pieces to hit multiple looks…

I feel similarly about a really decked out Black Panther. For any of these, a bespoke/unique sculpt is a must have. I don’t care if it gets reused later, but for $50-60 I want to be holding a new figure.
 
Problem with Maximum Moon Knight is how to do a *definitive* one. No one even agrees on the colors! All-white? Silver? Black and silver? White and black and silver? Silver and white? Off-white and dingy???
Trust: I desperately want a Maximum-style Moony, he’s a top 5 Marvel hero for me.
I *think* for a Maximum I’d want a David Finch-style top-to-bottom new sculpt, dingy and creased with some pearlescent accents on his bracers/boots/etc. That said: unless they are doing a full separate “first appearance” release, I want the specific cape/gear/etc from his ACTUAL first appearance in Werewolf by Night. I also need a soft-goods cape (white/black lining), standing posed plastic cape, and rigid “moon glide” plastic cape, as well.

David Finch is definitely my preferred style of Moon Knight. And that version is definitely how I envision a 'Maximum' release; all white with the spiked knuckles and all that stuff. Maybe a slight grey wash and some pearlescent or glossed belt/symbol/bracers. And if they could pull off the slightly-glowing eyes kind of look? Oh man.
