I'm excited! So what?!
Thanks for the detailed response! I did think the Wakandans getting credit for making him indestructible was a lame cheat. But - at least they tried. Same with Adamantium - that felt like an ADR fix to get some X-Fans into the theatre. BUT - I don't hate the idea that Adamantium didn't exist this whole time until Sersi created it. I mean, it's not a good idea - but I can see where it came from. It's infuriating.
I'm in my "avoid everything" phase of Thunderbolts press at this point, but a) agreed and b) Yelena's Snap experience in Hawkeye was executed so well. Really cool to see it from that perspective.Florence Pugh is an absolute gem and one of the best casting decisions in the MCU
Well, a couple of quick points: As we found out in The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, the Sokovia Accords are still apparently a thing. I know, I know. You'd think with half the world's population disappearing for five years and then re-appearing unexpectedly, the United Nations would have more to worry about than the accords, but I guess not. There's also the fact that Tony and Steve are gone. Tony provided the funding and the tech and Steve was the team leader. Their headquarters was demolished. Natasha's dead. The Vision was destroyed. Thor went off in space. Yeah, there's not much left.It bothers me that NO ONE has thought about getting a new Avengers team together in-universe. WHHHAA?? Mr. Not Super Soldier Captain America didn't think a team might be handy to keep his ass safe? Just his one and only wingman? Why doesn't he have his own team (I guess technically he does - or did.)?
I can't remember completely but didn't Matt Murdock say the accords were done with in She Hulk?
