Marvel Cinematic Universe Movies and Streaming Series Discussion

And in case anyone is wondering where I got the images ...

The Internet Movie Poster Awards is a wonderful resource for film fans. If you love movies, you can play around for hours in there.

Yeah... I'm gonna say Thunderbolts is my favorite of the phase. I loved GOTG3, I REALLY enjoyed Marvels, and Deadpool & Wolverine was a lot of fun. Brand New World was better than fine for me, and Quantumania lacked. But Thunderbolts moved me in a way I did not expect from a Marvel movie. I'm gonna say best of the Saga so far actually. Without dwelling on it real hard, Thunderbolts may be in top 5, maybe even top 3 Marvel movies for me.

I wish I'd stayed off social media this weekend. Not going to get out to see TBolts til next weekend and people are... sociopathic with posting spoilers. If only I weren't professionally required to spend time on socials every day. I actually made time to watch Daredevil as soon as it was released (and the Star Wars shows, too) just as a precaution now because... humans.

@docsilence I am really sorry for that. I hope we have all been good about our spoiler tags. If it helps at all, I knew what was going to happen but it still had a massive impact.

This is one of the few places I TRUST not to post spoilers. I know I can wander into a thread on here and not have stuff ruined unless I voluntarily open up a spoiler tag. Regular socials, man, the last five films I wanted to see were basically streamed via hot takes within 48 hours of opening.

Ah good for here, bummer otherwise. I get funny with spoilers. Marvel stuff I tend to not mind, star wars I try to not know.

Saw it today, too. With the exception of Ghost, who was kind of bland, everyone on the team did a great job. Harbor, Russell and Pugh were the highlights, though. And RU1977 is spot on, there's a pretty powerful emotional element that I was not expecting at all, especially considering the characters in the film. Very nice work.

It really has my hopes up that the MCU may be getting back on track.

I am starting to worry about Fantastic Four a little bit in terms of the plot. I feel like I already know everything that's gonna happen in that movie. Hopefully they're gonna throw us a curveball or something.

I feel like I’ve seen the whole damned movie now. I’m really starting to not care about comic book movies anymore. I knew every scene in Deadpool by Saturday after opening night.

That is really awful... and a major bummer to me since I think this movie is so worth living with for two hours.
