Longbox Heroes 1/12 Scale

Growing up loving Disney's Tarzan and George of the Jungle and binge-reading the original pulp trash as a guilty pleasure recently, I'm definitely in the market for a good Tarzan. I passed on the BFS one as I hadn't read the books at that point and by the time I had I had mostly moved on from collecting 1/18. Both this one and the original Boss Fight release are really underwhelming though. Hopefully this ends up looking more impressive in the right colours or has some good accessories. And it would be lame if he's no taller than their O:MF figures, since they get a bit dwarfed by some of the figures I would want to display him with.

I think a Frazetta Girls Tarzan is also inevitable at this point so I'm looking forward to seeing how they tackle it.
 
I'm stoked, I love so many of Burroughs books. Tarzan will be great on the pulp shelf with my Mezco Shadow & Doc Savage. Hopefully we'll get a John Carter down the line, I know Frazetta Girls have one in the pipeline as well but it's always nice to have options...it's an odd time to be a collector, when you can ponder even the possibility of having options for a John Carter figure.
 
John Carter could be really cool. I'm not really a fan of the one that whoever is already making -- is it Frazetta Girls? Or Icon? I don't know. The more I look at it, the more I'm not feeling it. And I'm not a big enough JC fan that I'm not going to be ridiculously picky.
