Finally cracked open my new April and Splinter figures. Really love these little guys, my second favorite TMNT line going right now. Hate how much more difficult it's going to be to get future waves in the US from now on, between the damned tariffs and the licensing.

As good as the supporting cast looks, I think I gotta call it quits with just the four boys. They’re fun, just not a scale I need to collect anymore.

It's not a scale I collect at all, before this. It sounds dumb, but I initially started buying them to display with the Beasts of the Mesozoic dinosaur figures I have, because those are also 1/18. But I liked the designs so much that I'm buying them now for their own sake.

I got April too and I love her. I don't think it's hyperbole to suggest this might be the best April figure that's been done, it's just not in a scale most want. Proportions are great and she articulates better than the turtles. The Mousers are a nice throw-in too, basically just scaled down NECA Mousers with less paint. I ordered Krang as well, but that might be it for me on the line as I don't need to go all that deep.

Cool Toys Club shipped my Krang yesterday. I'm curious if it's going to arrive with a COD or something. I haven't received any communication from them about tariffs and such so we'll see.

Good luck! Still waiting with bated breath for LT Cave to ship mine. They posted this yesterday, which is only somewhat clarifying:

I got the brothers, Shredder and the bumbling duo, but that's all I need. April looks cool from the videos I've seen, but I can't collect EVERYTHING. I MUST limit myself somewhere. :D

Awesome this who where I got mine from also. Krang looks great!

I got in Splinter and April last week and they're both excellent. Being skinnier characters means they're articulation can really shine. I love the one turtle I've got (Raph) but the shape/bulkiness of being a turtle really does hinder some movement.

There's also a video review here. The same channel also has a look at Slash and Tokka:

No surprise, but they all look awesome. I initially passed on Slash and Tokka, but I'm starting to rethink that decision. My Krang has recently arrived in the US and is currently being held in customs.

Slash and Tokka have looked amazing to me since the first reveal, no way I was skipping them. The designs for this line have just kept getting better and better, I'm likely to pick up everything they put out at this point.

I wish they would do an MotU line at this scale with this sort of design philosophy...

I've like most of their designs (didn't care for Casey or Splinter), but I only need so much. The turtles plus April, Shredder, Krang, Bebop, and Rocksteady form a pretty complete and tidy collection of figures. On the other hand, Slash and Tokka look really damn good. I like that they've been retconned by JoyToy as a pirate-themed duo, though I still would like to see Rahzar and it would feel weird to not have him should I get Tokka.

It made sense for them to do Slash and Tokka together because of the re-used parts, I'm not writing Rahzar off yet. I'm wondering if there's another character they could do with Rahzar pieces, but all I'm really thinking of is Dredmon and who knows what their character selection license is or isn't limited to. Would love to see what they come up with though.

Tora from the NES game would be a pretty kick-ass complement to Rahzar. He's never had a figure too. Otherwise, any furry character could share some parts if it's a necessary component to getting Rahzar. Dirtbag and Groundchuck are such characters.
