JOYTOY 1/18 Scale TMNT

These have always supposedly only been "authorized" for sale in Asia, but many of the import shops have sold them to overseas people. It wasn't until the Casey/Triceratons wave that I started hearing more about either Paramount or JoyToy (probably Paramount) taking a harder line on that, and I'm not sure all the shops that had put up the previous waves ended up putting the new one up, at least publicly.

New wave arrived today, no extra fees. Can't wait to crack 'em open later tonight, after "chores".

Krang and Slash are apparently out for delivery according to the tracking number from Kowkistoys.

I'm not expecting them today, more than likely tomorrow.

That Ground Chuck and Dirtbag are seriously making me regret my choices about not getting into this line because of the scale.

I suppose it is too late now.

Holy shit, I didn't even see those until you mentioned them. Awesome!

LT Cave still has everything but Shredder/Foot Clan and Bebop/Rocksteady available. The newest wave isn't up yet, but I'd guess by tomorrow or the day after it will be.

PS: Just noticed LT Cave is listing the Casey/Triceratons wave as being in stock now. So mine should ship in the next few days here.

I see they did a re-run of the Turtles. What are the odds of them doing that for Shredder, Bebop, and Rocksteady?

I'm kinda terrified they are going to do something like Halfcourt or Doctor El now that they are showing they will go really deep.

I mean, the Turtles were the first wave. Doesn't seem inconceivable to me that they'd re-run the franchise's most popular villains as well, and they'd be up next. But I can't know for sure. LT Cave does have a bunch of Warhammer re-run pre-orders up as well, so it's obviously something JoyToy isn't afraid to do overall.

So wave 1 was the Turtles.
Wave 2 -
Wave 3 - Shredder and Foot
Wave 4 - Krang, Slash, Tokka
Wave 5 - Triceraton trio and Casey

Where do April, Splinter, Bebop, and Rocksteady slot in and is that all so far that I have listed?

According to my LT Cave order history, this was the order:

Wave 1: Turtles
Rocksteady/Bebop
Wave 3: Shredder/Foot
April/Splinter
Wave 4: Krang/Tokka/Slash
Wave 5: Casey/Triceratons

Wave 2 was not "officially" labeled as such on the site, and April/Splinter also did not have a wave designation. But the others were labeled as shown. That's everything so far, until today's reveals go up.

Kowskis Toys has Shredder, Bebop, and Rockstead in stock it appears.

I'm trying to think here, because they're *mostly* following a pattern of sticking base bodies in each wave. Mostly.

The Turtles share most parts.
Bebop and Rocksteady share some parts.
The Triceratons definitely do.
Now this newest wave.

I'm trying to think of a wave that could include Baxter, should they go with the Fly version...

Edit: man, now that I'm looking, I actually don't know if they DO share parts in this newest wave...
