JOYTOY 1/18 Scale TMNT

I almost certainly will not have mine displayed with the Turtles inside. Most likely hanging off the side or using the weapons or something, MAYBE a driver, but I kind of doubt it. I've got a rather large reshuffle due my whole collection for some expansion and whatnot, maybe this'll help light that fire under my ass to get moving on it.

Also, a turnaround:

That’s my only thoughts looking at the van.

that front seat is really cramped and when they pose the Turtles around the van it’s painfully obvious there’s no way all four of them could comfortably fit inside the thing (let alone the four of them with guest, especially since the Turts aren’t even being the biggest characters in the line)

It really looks great though! I wish it was scaled a little better, but then it’d cost more ($160 is a really good price!) and I’d just make up other excuses like how I don’t want a box on wheels I can’t even see the Turts in when on my shelf, so I’m never happy don’t take design notes from me!

It does make me want to see other vehicles in the line though! (I will never say no to a Pizza Thrower! And I had really been considering getting B&R WarHammer bikes, make them some official ones JoyToy!)
There are two motorcycles for the Battle of the Stars line that look like they were made perfect for Bebop & Rocksteady. I’ve been holding off on buying them, thinking I really don’t need them, but I guess I’ll have to order them now.

On a separate note, I love the style of these figures and hope to see Mondo Gecko and Wingnut eventually, but honestly I’d love to see more characters that have not been redone already by another company, like Walkabout! Does JoyToy have the license to the cartoon, or are all characters fair game?

A few of us have asked similar questions since this line began. Short answer is we have no idea. So far it's all been stuff that was in the toon, but we're hoping. Are some of these little robots more or less original creations, I wonder?

This is, in my opinion, the best Turtle van ever made. Yeah it's a little small but the design and look of it beats everything else ever done. It'll look great sitting on the shelf with the Turtles (going to need a bigger shelf now). The price at $160 is a lot lower than I expected, even for a scale this small.
