Jada Toys Scooby Doo

I don't care about this line a single bit, and in fact I actively hate Scooby Doo. Just stopped by to say I watched Robo's weekly this morning and seeing him literally get GIDDY about these figures filled my heart. That's what it's about man. I hope you guys enjoy your toys because these figures look like they're going to be spectacular.
 
I just hope we don’t get into a situation where we don’t complete the Mystery Inc team. Not having the full gang would ruin what looks to be an otherwise amazing line. Love we’re getting good monsters too.
 
That would suck but I guess we could explain it away in our head canon. How many later episodes of Scooby-Doo were Velma and Fred strangely absent? There was nothing that made kid me more angry than sitting in front of the TV for some quality Scooby Doo time only for it to be one of the episodes that just had Shaggy, Scooby, and Scrappy. More often than not I just turned the TV off and went and played with some action figures. I'd rather have all the Mystery Inc team and no monsters than have them be incomplete.
 
Nah. I loved all of the Scooby I saw as a kid. The ones with Scrappy were great. The ones with Scooby-Dum were great. I even liked 13 Ghosts of Scooby Doo.
 
Scooby Doo and Goosebumps was my childhood in a nutshell, so the fact that both properties are getting new figures this year is just astounding to me. I'm such a happy little camper.

I got wave 1 ordered, and I'm in for the long haul with this line. I agree that the Mystery Inc members are the priority. I'd really love to think that there's still enough love for the franchise that they can make it 5 waves (assuming they stick to the 1 member/2 monsters formula). I'd sacrifice a monster or two if it meant getting the gang. But once the gang is done, I want this line to go HAM- I'm talkin' Ghoul School, Zombie Island, Alien Invaders, Cyber Chase, Reluctant Werewolf, Vincent van Ghoul, Hex Girls, etc. Heck, I'd even take Pup Named Scooby Doo versions too. Red Herring build-a-figure anyone?!

Yep I'd be all in for A Pup Named Scooby Doo figures, especially Red Herring.
 
I'd be fine with a con exclusive box set of very small figures of them along the lines of the baby Turtles from Neca. I don't need a lot of articulation.
 
I truly hope that I can use the Scooby Mummy to fill in the big void in my Jada Monsters display.

Although he also kinda looks like Tom Tyler as Kharis. Ahhh I wanted this black-eyed beauty!
 
Did Jada ever say why at any Cons or Toy Fair the reason that Scooby Doo isn't in Wave 1 of his own toy line? And they did show Scooby at some event, didn't they? Is Scooby in Wave 2?

Juhn said they wanted to spend more time to work out the unique articulation of Scooby. Yes, he is in Wave 2
